OUR STORY
RēFORME opened in Beaver with a simple belief: the best aesthetic work is the kind no one can quite put their finger on. Not because it's subtle to the point of doing nothing — but because it's so well-matched to you that it simply looks like you, on a good day, every day.
We started as a boutique studio because we wanted the opposite of the volume-driven med spa model: fewer clients, deeper relationships, and treatment plans built around a real conversation instead of a menu of add-ons. That hasn't changed as we've grown, and it won't.
Today, RēFORME is a full-service wellness and aesthetics studio — covering everything from injectables and skin health to permanent makeup and medical weight management — but every single service still starts with the same question: what does this client actually need, not what can we sell her.

RēFORME began with a simple frustration: too many med spas treat clients like a line item, pushing whatever's trending instead of what's actually right for them. Eryn Delrusso built RēFORME to be the opposite of that.
As founder and Lead Permanent Makeup Artist, Eryn brings an artist's eye and a clinician's discipline to every treatment room. Her approach is rooted in listening first — understanding not just what a client wants to look like, but how she wants to feel walking out the door.
That philosophy shapes everything at RēFORME: the unhurried consultations, the honest recommendations, the refusal to oversell. It's aesthetics built on trust, not transactions.

As the founder of RēFORME Wellness + Aesthetics, Eryn has built the practice around a simple philosophy: helping clients look and feel like the best version of themselves while preserving what makes them uniquely them. As a permanent makeup artist and aesthetician, she brings an artistic eye and detail-driven approach to every treatment, with a focus on natural, refined results. Her vision for RēFORME extends beyond individual treatments — creating a trusted destination where aesthetics, skin health, and wellness come together through personalized, intentional care.
Joni
RN & Advanced Aesthetic Injector
Joni is a Registered Nurse and advanced aesthetic injector who approaches aesthetics with precision, intention, and an appreciation for natural results. She takes the time to understand each client's concerns and goals, creating individualized treatment plans designed to enhance facial balance while preserving what makes each client unique. Her goal is for clients to leave looking refreshed and confident — never overdone or unlike themselves.

Women's Health NP & Aesthetic Injector
Jannine is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector whose approach brings together aesthetics and wellness to help clients look and feel their best. In addition to aesthetic treatments, she specializes in hormone replacement therapy and medical weight management, allowing her to address concerns that extend beyond appearance alone. Her personalized approach focuses on understanding each client's goals and creating a thoughtful plan that supports confidence, health, and overall well-being.
